What Are Singing Waiters?

Professional singers— with backgrounds in musical theatre, opera, or West End— we blend into your event by posing as regular service staff, serving drinks, canapés, or meals. As the last dessert goes down there will be a glass crash and one "waiter" will dramatically burst into song, then the rest join in, transforming the meal into a live musical performance

BEFORE WE SING

Pre-event planning

  • Clients confirm booking with £100 deposit to secure the date

  • We liaise with your venue for uniforms, staging space, and sound equipment

Arrival and disguise

  • The Singing Waiters arrive early, before the guests arrive and set up the PA and control area. This is set up as discretely as possible.

  • Wear venue-like uniforms, and join the real service staff and serve the whole meal

  • Typically, they perform light tasks—refilling glasses, clearing plates, chatting—to avoid suspicion

The Reveal

  • At the chosen moment, there is an audio glass smash, then surprise everyone by breaking into song.

  • The rest join in, with upbeat numbers that engage guests—encouraging participation like napkin-waving, dancing, or singing along

  • A high-energy, interactive mini-show unfolds—lasting around 20 minutes— We have have created our singing waiters show over 20 years of experience so it is guaranteed to entertain all ages.
